How to enroll a student or apply to be a tutor

Enrollment for the 2022 summer session will begin the end of April 2022 Please fill out the form below to request an enrollment form for a student or an application to become a tutor. The exact dates for the program will announced at a later time, but will be during the month of July. Times are from 9:00 am to 12 noon. Please leave a contact number in the comment space if you want a response other than by return email. Please list the age and grade going into of the child you want to enroll and what school they attend. If wanting to be a tutor please also list grade you will be going into and what school you attend.
